You are responsible to ensure you and your booth follow the following checklist: Alberta Health Services Approval Inspection Checklist It will be mandatory for all vendors to complete the 'Alberta Health Services' "Special Event Safe Food Handling" course. The course is valid for 3 years. There is no charge for this program, but it is mandatory.
