UNOTOPIC ANNOUNCED AS SUNDAY HEADLINER FOR EXPO LATINO FESTIVAL 2026
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
April 4, 2026 – Calgary, AB, Canada
Expo Latino Festival 2026 is proud to announce UNOTOPIC as the official Sunday headliner on August 16, closing the festival’s 30th anniversary celebration at Prince’s Island Park.
Taking place from August 14–16, 2026, Expo Latino Festival continues to stand as one of Canada’s premier multicultural events, bringing together music, food, and Latin culture in the heart of Calgary.
UNOTOPIC, a Guatemalan-Canadian artist, has been shaping a borderless Latin urban sound that blends reggaeton, Latin trap, and melodic Latin R&B. His music combines atmospheric production with emotional storytelling, resonating with audiences across Latin America, North America, and beyond.
Throughout his career, he has appeared three times on Spotify’s Top 50 and reached the iTunes Top 50. His single “OTRA VEZ EN EL CLUB” surpassed 1.6 million streams within months, highlighting his rapid growth and rising influence in the Latin urban scene.
His latest release, “Lunita Mía,” showcases a more intimate and introspective side, exploring themes of longing, memory, and emotional connection through a dreamy and immersive sound.
Music by UNOTOPIC is available on major streaming platforms including Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Amazon Music, and Deezer.
“UTOPIC represents a new generation of global Latin artists who bridge cultures through music,” said festival organizer.
Expo Latino Festival 2026 will feature three days of live entertainment, cultural experiences, and family-friendly programming.
